MISSION
At Battlebasketball, our primary goal is to develop the basketball skills of every boy and girl who attends
our programs. We take pride in helping young people realize their potential on and off the basketball court.
We believe it is just as important to impact a young person’s life by emphasizing the importance of
education and family as it is to develop his or her basketball skills. We view children as “works in
progress”. We strive to build balanced relationships through trust and positive thinking, while teaching the
fundamentals of having strong character and integrity. We believe that commitment to one’s goals and
accountability to others are essential building blocks for long term life success.
TRAINING AND GOALS
We currently have AAU and travel teams for both boys and girls. We offer clinics so players can further
work on their skills. Our coaching staff dedicates many hours beyond practice and game time to assist in
the development of the players. Battlebasketball strives to make basketball available to participants all
year round whether it is through, clinics, camps, tournaments, and leagues. We foster an environment of
camaraderie, teamwork, accountability and respect for others, while reaching as many children as possible.
Our positive influence strategies are why Battlebasketball continues to grow in the Central NJ area. By
demonstrating an appropriate value system and adhering to a code of conduct, we exhibit leadership
behavior. We believe that our vision and strategy will teach children to navigate through change and
motivate them to achieve specific goals. Our goal is to eventually have travel and AAU teams for boys and
girls ages 9-19.
SPONSORSHIP
We strive to keep program fees as low as possible to ensure affordability to as wide a spectrum of players as
possible; however, the rising costs of gym rental, equipment, travel, and tournament registration places us
in a position of asking for additional monetary donations from the community. We are appealing to you for
your support in helping us continue to provide positive opportunities and growth for our team.
